India is one of the Democratic country but nowadays democracy is become a joke in India and this is because the steps which is taken by government of India. On 20 September 2020 farmers bills was passed in Rajya Sabha by Narendra Singh Tomar and it was said that these two bill are historic for Indian farmers as these bills will change their life and it was assured that these bills are not connected with Minimum Support Price (MSP) by government in any way. But after these bills were introduced to the farmers from the different states starts protest against this especially farmers from Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh which is due to the new model which is introduced to the farmers is once failed in India in the state of Bihar and not only in India but at international level this model has also failed in different countries like America, Canada etc.. and these countries are even much developed than India, so if this model is not work in developed countries then how it will work in India and the second reason for which farmers are protesting is MSP which is Minimum Support Price, this is given by government to help the farmers in selling their productions and government is giving surety that it will not affect MSP but farmers are not believing government because this happened many times in India that statements change after some time and farmers are asking to government that government should have to pass another bill in which proper surety will given to them for MSP but government is not taking any action and this also proves many things about the intention of government.
Basically the Bhartiya Janta Party which is ruling party in India is trying to pass all the bills without and consent and debate and as always government will pass the bills, people will make some rallies and all the things will settle down after some days or months and government got success in passing bills but question is that, is government really make decision in the favour of farmers or just making their own profit.
Overall by seeing the situations this is not in the favour of farmers because this things as failed in many countries and even once failed in India so for surely these bills are unusual. So the other thing which we can say that government is fully making their profit because the ruling government has done many deals with different businessman from different countries like Donald Trump who is President of U.S. have many projects in India and its half profit is went to the ruling government of India and their are none of records how that money is used and in the same way if farmers face fall in farming then they will leave farming and come to industrial sections and after which they will sell their lands to government or other business and its half profit will go to government and not only in this ways with the bills government can make its profit in many ways.
These bills were passed in Rajya Sabha in very unfair manner by Voice voting which member of Rajya Sabha have to shout yes or no and the one which is more loud is chosen but this is unfair when the case is of 40-60 or 50-50 so in this case another method is used which is division voting in which members have to vote and for these bills opposition demands for the division voting but speaker neglect them and pass these bills by voice voting and on live broadcast this all censored including the demand of division voting and passing of bills because it is know that there are more votes for opposing these bills. This was very undemocratic way to pass the bills and even many opposition members were kicked out from the Rajya Sabha and those members are still protesting and after this from 20 September to 24 September 15 more bills were passed by Rajya Sabha because opposition was not there. This surely proves that democracy in India is ended up and behind all this is ruling party in India which is allowing everything even all the things are in known.
