Dealing with Depression and Anxiety!!!

Depression has become very common as children also went into depression and also take medicines for that but what actually depression is as is it only a psychological thinking or it is also connect with the chemical imbalances in your brain.


Basically depression is what when we expect much and a fear form in our mind that we can't fulfil those expectation then depression take place due to that fear of can't fulfil the expectation and due to this people start taking alcohol, starts smoking and also went on medications and those medication also have side effect of it. You always see a small fragment of your problems and also start work on that small fragment as you didn't see the problem from all the sides and only see that phase which you can solve but in reality you can't solve that problem if you see only one phase of that problem. So one reason is psychological as your depression depends on your thinking, whether you think positive or negative, whether you see or understand the circumstance it all depend on your thinking but there is also a physical reason of depression as many times it happens that nothing wrong happened with you but even you feel bad, you feel bad without any reason then it is psychological but if you feel bad because you are not well which may be because you met with an accident then it become a physical reason for your depression due to overthinking. If you have any problem then other person can solve your physical problem only like doctors as doctors always gave medicines for physical problem but from mentally no one can solve your problem because no one can control it leaving you and if you can't control your mind then it become a cause for depression by psychologically.
If you work on both physical and metal problem in right way then you become able to solve your depression. At a basic level overthinking is also not a problem because if you have to do anything then you have to think for it but if there is a conflict in your thinking then it is a problem which means there is no clarity in your thinking. If it is clear to you what you think then there should not be any problem but if you are doubted even on your thinking then it make you depressed because you can't identify that what is good for you and what is not. If you can openly decide your any decision then you are free from depression, your mind and your body should have to be independent. All the things in your life is connected with you and if you make your every step by thinking then there will be no chance that you will face stuffs like that.
