12 Brain Rules which can Change your Life!!!- Part-1

 John J. Medina was development molecular biologist and his man research area was isolation and characterisation of genes involved in human brain development. John spend his maximum professional to understand the mental health and after which he wrote 12 rules of brain in his book "Brain Rules" in which there are those rules and methods with which brain's performance can be improved to 34%.


The first brain rule which he wrote in the book is Exercise boost brain power. He met with two people Jim and Frank and both of person have age of Mid 80's, Jim spend his full time on wheelchair and he cries without any reason and also forget many things and also he was waiting for his death but the Frank was very opposite of Jim as his works was not suits on his actions as he was very active and also he enjoys his life very well and he also do exercise and researchers want to knows that is with exercise his memory power is good and how he never felt sick or there is another reason behind this. Later the researchers found that the person who do exercise, perform much better in memory and special thinking than those people who do nothing. This happens because with exercise blood reaches to our brain due to which our brain get energy and glucose which threw negative eletrons from mind and on this there is also a book written which is Spark.
The second brain rule is The human brain evolved too which tells about that humans takes million of years to get such brilliant brain but still we have lizard brain which is used to activate basic functions of body. Our brain was unable to do any complex work but there is another thing which is added in this, Amygdala and our brain is also called cat brain due to which we become capable for new things like killing our target but after so many years another thing add in brain which is Cortex which can communicate with internal parts of brain with which we got speaking skills, memory and processing power after which humans learn to walk on two legs instead of four legs
The third rule is Every Brain is wired differently, Michael Jordon who is one of the best player of basketball, in 1994 he left the basketball and join the Baseball and in baseball he faces many problems and he always do mistakes even many skills of basketball match with baseball but the reality is that what actions we take physically with our body, according to that wiring of our brain changes. Even same things will happen with two persons but their wiring may be different.
The fourth rule is we don't pay attention to boring things which was an amazing research and this it was found that we can only focus on one thing at a time which means that we are not made for multitasking which means that even if our senses are seeing a thing then much of its data will be deleted from our brain to make our focus on one thing. Researchers said that if you want to make your attention on one thing then you should have to be emotionally aroused and because of this advertisement which we see are attached with emotions so that it will be remembered.
Fifth brain rule is Repeat to remember as if you have a memory problem then you can use thing is your life to improve your memory skills. If we recall any thing in same environment in which we have learn it become easy to remember anything and for this you only have to make your our surrounding.
Sixty Brain rule is Remember to repeat which tells that we forgot maximum thing for some initial time when we try to remember it which means if you want to remember a long term memory then you should have to remember other things related to it also have to revise the information.
