But Now many Chinese apps has banned from India including TikTok which was one of the biggest online platform and other big apps has banned. Actually the Indian Ministry of Information Technology take action against this and they use the section 69-A due to which many big and traffic gaining apps are banned from India. And the biggest reason for this was they are engaged in activities prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order which means that these apps were promoting things against India culture and values.
Indian government banned total 59 apps which are TikTok, UC Brownser, Share it, Clash of Kings, Likee, Shein, Kwai, YouCam makeup, Helo, Baidu map, DU battery saver, Mi Community, CM Browsers, ROMWE, APUS Browser, Virus Cleaner, Club Factory, WeChat, Beauty Plus, Newsdog, UC News, Xender, ES File Explorer, QQ Mail, QQ Music, QQ Newsfeed, Bigo Live, Parallel Space, Mail Master, SelfieCity, Mi Video Call- Xiaomi, WeSync, Weibo, Viva Video, Meitu, Vigo Video, New Video Status, DU Recorder, Vault-Hide, Cache Cleaner, DU App studio, DU Cleaner, DU Browser, Hago, CamScanner, Sweet Selfie, Wonder Camera, Photo Wonder, DU Privacy, We Meet, Clean Master, Baidu Translate, U Video, QQ International, QQ Security Center, QQ Launcher, Vmate, V fly Status Video, Mobile Legends, QQ Player.
