First thing is that your anger can destroy your relation as your parents can tolerate your anger but other relations like friends can't tolerate you for more time and this create a big problem when you come to other relations like when you get married as their many new relations are formed but if you get angry with them they they will can't tolerate you as your parents. Basically if become habit and if once it become you habit to get anger on someone to prove that you are great then this strategy will work today but it didn't work with your life. SO here you have to understand that or question to yourself that is your anger come or you get angry with you will, do you have a choice, do you have a control.
You always have a choice to get angry on someone as you can also talk in rude way with someone and also talk with someone in a polite way and you have o understand this. Choice is the very powerful power of human being as you have a choice that you want to take action or not. If you think that your anger come automatically that's also you choice because it is your choice to allow your anger to come.
It is easy to get angry with your parent because you know that they are your parents nothing will happen most but if you show same anger with any other random person then you can't show your same anger with that person. For example you can't get angry with a policeman because you know that many things can happen with you and that time you control your anger. And this is not only with strangers as you know that any other person can take action against but it is also with your parents because with your anger they can also take action against not on your but on them.
So the only way to control your anger is that you have to understand that your anger also have some bad effect on your life and others life also. You have a choice to control your anger and by chance if you even got angry then didn't say that the anger come but you have to accept that you allow your anger with which you got a power to control it. because of this your anger will come in your hands and it become a choice for you as if you want to get angry or not. If you think that you try to control your anger but you can control that then it is a hopeless situation as in your mind their is becoming a belief of you can't do that but you have to say that you didn't have to try to control your anger perfectly till now.
