What we have to Identify Talent or Interest???

Many times a question comes in mind of many people that how we can identify the talent inside us??? We want to do many things but we didn't get that what we can do. And many of us also get answer of this question but no one think deeply about this.

Many get answer of this question is we have to do that thing in our life in which we are perfect and also we are interested but this question arise when we are trying to do something and at that age we didn't have much experience as we can identify our perfect thing. It is not necessary that what you think is good is good in actually as it can also be happen you are not perfect in that thing for which you are thinking you are perfect. For example bathroom singers are best according to them but in actual they are not perfect in singing.

One thing is passion and the other thing is profession, and the challenge is how we can transform our passion to our profession and how we can discover our passion or talent??? but the problem which everyone faces in this is they have didn't do much things in their life due to which many fails to find their passion and profession, and this is the biggest challenge of our life.

There is a thing which is fixed in our mind that we all have a talent inside ourselves and we have to discover it and once if we discover it then our life get fully change. There are also many people who have a talent of making fire with their mouth then what they can do with that, there are also many other people who can do this. Nothing will happen with talent, for example if you want to become a successful cricketer then what you need for it talent??? You need practice for it, you have to do hardwork for it. So what is this Talent or Skill?? It is skill which we can develop. We can also say that talent is not exist but skills exist for the success. We didn't have to find our work but we have to find our interest and if once you identify your interest then you can improve it without any difficulties as you are interested in that thing. For example if you are interested in cricket then will you directly enter in national team?? but instead of this  you can do your practice without any difficulties as you are interested in cricket.

Now the other question arise that how we can develop our skills??

Skills develop with practice but not only with practice because practice not give us right direction. Now how can we identify the right direction??? We can identify the right direction with the information we have and knowledge from right source as we need a coach a director for ourselves who direct us to right path. So here we need knowledge and information from the right source.

Now the biggest question arise that how we can identify our interest??? To identify the interest we have to understand perfect that what is interest??? We will get never interested in that thing about which we know nothing. So is we know everything about this world as what is happening and what will happen in the world or which things people are doing for success??? We didn't know that but we only know those things which we have seen in our life's experience and we will get interested only for those thing which are in our mind. So firstly we need knowledge to find our interest as we have to explore the world to find our interest.
