In the iOS 14 many new things are introduced and many old things are updated in new way. The major change with this update is the home screen is full changes as many new things had come in home screen. There are many features which are useful in our daily life and Apple set all these features on home screen which also improve experience. The main thing which is introduced on home screen is widgets which is normally used in Androids. In the older very widgets only come when we scroll left but now we can also use that widgets in the home screen. Widget gives many quick information and these widgets are much optimised than Androids.
The other new thing which Apple introduces is apps drawer which is Apps Library and the most amazing thing in this apps library is it automatically organises all the apps. All the apps are arranged systematically in this library, if you use any app hardly then it makes that app small in size and if use use an app regularly then it make its size big.
The other new thing is compact calls as in old version the calls shows on full screen and we can't do any other thing but in this they have introduces compact calls as calls come on only top of the screen with which we can easily do other work with the call. The other new useful feature is you can do you your work even in video call or use another app. Apple improved it for connection of conversation as they introduced pinned conversations as you can pin 9 conversations at a time which make a good interaction between your good ones.
Other things like Memojis, maps, guides and translate is also improved. The best thing of iOS 14 is improvement in Siri as before this Siri comes on full screen with which we can only use Siri but now Siri comes on the bottom corner of the screen with which we can also do multi works at a time.
There are many things in this iOS 14 which is inspired by Androids but it is also not a bad thing as if something which they can improve and also good for people then copying something is not bad. This all updates also work on iPad. There are many things which seems to be waste but they are actually very useful and also many things which seems to be very useful but they are very less usable. Widgets are not much useful but App Library is very useful as it gives best experience as anyone can easily find any app in this. The other best thing in this is tap feature as if we tap two times on the back of the phone then it take screen shot and if we tap for three times then camera will open and we can set these taps accordingly. The best part of this is they have improved privacy in this as which app is taking data from your phone even in background and if any application takes data from your phone then it indicates that as if any application access camera on the top of screen green dot will show and if any app accessing microphone then it shows red dot.
Overall this gives a best experience in today, and the improvement which Apple do in this is also very good.
