The Journey of Elon Musk to the World's Richest Man!!!

The Journey of Elon Musk to the World's Richest Man!!!

Where the 2020 was worst year for everyone, there was one person who earn around $150 Billion in just one year. This person is Elon Musk who became the richest man in the world on 7 January 2021. In the starting of 2020, the net worth of Elon Musk was $27 Billion with which he was 35th richest man in the world but near the end of the years, his net worth touches to $194 Billion. The amazing thing is that Elon Musk did not do anything special in 2020 and even if he does not do anything by 2020, there was a lot of possibility that his net worth would rise to such rates.

If you are a billionaire person then it is impossible that you got salary from someone and save your salary in banks till your saved money reaches to billions, this is impossible because $1 Billion is such big amount that you can't made it by saving money. In most of the cases Billionaires are owner of valuable companies like Mark Zuckerberg is the owner of Facebook, Jeff Bezos is the owner of Amazon, Bill Gates is the owner of Microsoft and Elon Musk is the owner of Tesla which is an electric car company and the wealth of every Billionaire is liked with the company very much and in fact this is to that extent that they can lose or gain billions of dollars in just one day, depending upon the value of company in the share market. If the share price rises then they become more richer and if the share price goes down then they lose huge money. Same thing happen with Tesla as in 2020 the stock price of Tesla rises by 720% and this was the main reason behind that how he became richest person in the world. A shocking thing is that the Tesla company is not made by Elon Musk. Tesla was founded in 2003 by two person, Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning and Elon Musk joined this company in 2004 by investing $30 Million and in 2008, he became the CEO of Tesla. During 2009, this company faces many financial crises and he took decision that this company should be listed in stock market, so that people can invest in this and company can recover. In 2010 Tesla was listed in stock market and its IPO happened and that time the value of one share of tesla company was $17 and on 14 January 2020, its one share price was $854. Tesla has crossed $800 Billion in market capitalisation and became 5th most valuable company in the world after Apple, Microsoft, Amazon and Alphabet. Elon Musk owns 20% stake in Tesla.

Wealth of Billionaire is always depends on the company as if the share prices changes then the net worth of Billionaire will also change and it is difficult to access this money. The value of shares of any company rise when the demand of that company increases in market. IF people think that a company will be successful then people invest in the company due to which share prices increase and this happen when the future potential of a company seems to be good. Now what will happen in future, now in most of the countries people are trying to use less petrol and diesel cars to reduce pollution and many people are switching to the electric cars and in future huge number of people will switch to the electric cars. Tesla is one of the most popular electric cars brand and its future potential is seems to be good and person are investing in the Tesla company. Most of the people are saying that Tesla company is overvalue and even Elon Musk himself tweeted that Tesla share price is too much and this can be fell down but on the other side many people are saying that its share price is undervalued and this will increase more with the rate of 3 times from now. The recent net worth of Elon Musk is around $200 Billion and if the stock price of Tesla will increase with the rate of 5 times then net worth of Elon Musk will reach to $1000 Billion which means with it \, he can become world first trillionaire.
Well he is no more world most richest man in the world as share prices always changes and again Jeff Bezos crossed over him.
