Apple launched their new Apple MacBook which is fully similar to the previous one but there is only one difference that this MacBook has a new chip. Usually all the processors which Apple use in their products are made by Intel and AMD and also the graphic cards in Apple products are made by Intel, AMD and NVIDIA and apart from this there is no other company which actually manufacture all these products but some days ago Apple announced that they will make their chips by their own as in Apple products only Apple chip will use. At the time of announcement it was normal that Apple is starting manufacturing another thing. But when this chip is came out with Apple products then it proves that this is a big upgrade by Apple.
The chip which is launched by Apple is Apple M1 chip and with this chip many amazing things has also come out like all the apps in IOS or iPhone can directly run on MacBook and other small and important things like security, face I'd are also improved. In this chip the special thing is that it is a SOC which is different from processor like all the thing in the mobile phones like processor, RAM, graphic card all are integrated in one single chip which save much space, optimises performance, saves battery life and also not show much heat. The advantage of single chip is that all the components can use same memory and memory doesn't means only RAM or Hardrive, every sub component have their own memories.
Basically this M1 chip is too much amazing having 8 core actual processor and also have 8 core GPU. Apple is claiming that at this time this is best single thread CPU and GPU which are very big claims. The CPU of this chip is 4-5 times more powerful than the previous and GPU is 6 times more powerful.
MacBook Air is same to the previous one but the difference is of chip which makes many differences with previous one like 3.5 time more powerful CPU, 5 time more powerful GPU, 2 times better SSD and by summing up all these thing, approximately 5 times more powerful products has come out. It has a battery life of 18 hours which almost doubled.
Many other products are also launched by Apple like Mac Mini, MacBook pro. There are also many things which are good steps by Apple like the full MacBook is made up of 100% recycled material which also a great step toward ecosystem. The webcam which are in these MacBook are not improved but processor which is processing it is improved.
