The Farmers of Punjab and Haryana in India are protesting against the government with full of enthusiasm from last week and the large amount of farmers are coming on the roads in this protest and not only the farmers but the singers, actors and actresses are also came on the road to protest against the government for the Farmer's ordinance. Because of the celebrities in the protest it is not only influencing the people of Punjab and Haryana but it is influencing the whole India because the fan following of Punjabi singers, actors and actresses is spread over full India and also because of this, the protest is spreading widely.
The make the hype of this protest and to make a communication with government farmers also fired many tractors on the roads but even because of this high protest government is not taking any action for this and even not responding.
With the overview of the situation of Farmers in India, in 1970 the rate of wheat in India was 76 Rupees per Quintal which was turned into 1450 Rupees per Quintal after 45 years i.e. in 2015. But if we talk about the salary of government jobs then in these 45 years the salary of government servants is raised to 120-15 times and the salary of school teachers is also increased with 250-300 times but talking about the farmers income which can be estimated with the rate of wheat and paddy then it is just increased with 19 times in the last 45 years. From last 45 years Governments of India are only trying to make their benefits and the recent government had crossed the boarder line due to which all this is happening. According to the one of the economist of India, Farmers should have rate of 7500 Rupees per Quintal for wheat as Minimum support prince by government which can be hardy given by any government and government is not even giving a surety for minimum support price which is last hope of the farmers.
From 2000 to 2017 more than 16,600 had committed suicide because of facing a downfall in the production because their no security by government for the famers with which farmers can also get relief.
The ordinances because of which all these things are happening are also passed in an illegal way as those members who was protesting it in Rajya Sabha was suspended at that time and voting for this was also done in illegal way after which this ordinance was passed only with the decision from one side and after the suspension of opposition members 15 more bills was also passed in non existence of opposition members. This all proves the death of democracy in India and government of India is still quiet.
