Our mind is restless, it seems that if we achieve something, then our mind will be calm and it also happens for some time. For example if you achieve your desire then your mind will be peaceful for sometime, if you achieve your big desire then your mind will be peaceful for long time. But this peacefulness also loose after a time period so the question should be that how can we make calmness in every success, every failure, whether that thing is your desire or not.

If you want to earn then definitely you have to do something in this world but what you will do if you want to be happy from inside, do you know how to do nothing??? Nothing means that not doing anything from inside and outside also which will give you a peaceful mind. You have to understand that for what reasons your mind is getting distracting or disturbed and this can't be done by any other as you can do it only because the only person who can read your mind is yourself. As if you learn from your experiences then you will also learn to make your mind peaceful effortlessly and instantly. You didn't have to try for that but you have to surrender yourself for example if you want to sleep then will you make effort for that or when all the efforts reduce then you will sleep. It is same like that as if you try or make effort to make your mind peaceful the more you will get stress.
In the best moment of your life your mind get peaceful and you will also realise that as at those moment there is no stress, no worry,at those moment you are you and you due to which your mind get peaceful and that's why those moments is called best moments.
How much we involved in our life, me, my life etc much we are in stress and when we come out of these type of things then we come in real life in which our mind is peaceful, the world seems to be beautiful. For example if you travel in metro then instead of thinking about yourself if you look outside then you will find that the world is so big that you got shock because of it which is your peace of mind.
In you have experienced much things in your life that because of which you can make something for yourself whether financially or physically then you have answers of many questions and those answers are also permanent because you have experience that. So this tells that experiences always matters and for peace of mind experience also matters.
So for peace of mind you also have to do something but not with stress or any worry but also with the peace of mind.
