There are many things happen around TikTok from which many are positive and many are negative. Positive things like TikTok become the fastest growing app on internet and negative things like the controversy between Tiktoker and Youtubers in India which also affect rating of Tiktok as the rating of TikTok on Google Play Store falls down to 1.0 starts and the Ban of Tiktok from India with which Tiktok losses almost half of their users.
As the Tiktok ban from India, many things change with this like reels came on Instagram which is fully featured like Tiktok and many other companies also launched their short video platform and many copies of Tiktok had also launched. Now U.S is also trying to ban Tiktok, as recently Donald Trump gave the warning to Tiktok of 45 days which is now extended to 90 days in which Tiktok can change their policies. Basically this is a strict warning by U.S for Tiktok as it is harmful app and it is said that apps like these stole personnel data of users. Many others apps also changed privacy policies regarding this like PubG as when India banned 49 apps then PubG also changed their privacy policies especially for India which create a positive move toward cyber security.
Neutrally TikTok is not a good platform behind which the main reason is the intention of users is bad but at the same time if we see it as business point of view then it was very great business model because it is fastest growing apps but if the intention of he users may good then there is no problem with Tiktok.
Many other companies are also trying to make a partnership with Tiktok and these companies are very popular. The companies which are in the auction of Tiktok if banned are Twitter which is very interested for this because the owner or shareholder of Twitter also have some shares in Tiktok, Oracle which is one of the big company and it also have shares in Tiktok, Microsoft also showing interest in Tiktok and Microsoft is are very business centric company so there is less possibilities that Microsoft will buy Tiktok and as the Tiktok banned from India so the digital businessman of India Mukesh Ambani is also trying to buy Tiktok. It is not possible that any company will buy the full Tiktok company because it is very big company so the other companies trying to buy the shares of Tiktok so that they can buy it from where it is banned.
The Indian business of Tiktok have the evaluation of $3 Billion and India was one of the biggest market for the Tiktok and also have 2000 employee in India and it is very big thing for any digital company. There were almost 600 Million active users of Tiktok from only India which is 44% of the population of India.
The direction in which Tiktok is going is wrong but the platform of Tiktok is very powerful as anyone can create content with only their mobile phone due to which it makes an exposure in the lives of many people. It can be best platform if it changes all its policies and correct its mistakes.
