No matter how much Bollywood shines on the spring, but a swamp full of mud inside which has ruined a lot of life and there is many reason for this-
1. Nepotism
Nepotism is that which has hollowed out the land of films and has removed those actors from their success for which they work. It is same like that condition that you are very intelligent and you always go school with picking up your heavy bad daily and do hardwork for good marks but at the last moment, the teacher should send you home without giving the exam and get his own son full marks then what you feel. The same thing is happening in Bollywood as star kids get movies very easily and the struggler didn't even get chance for audition.
2. Dual Nature
There are many famous producers in Bollywood who are very thick from pocket and also more thick from mind. These are kings of their own world and other are like insects for them like Karan Johar. A famous actor Ayushmann Khurrana had wrote in his book that when he was struggler then he got mobile number of Karan Johar from his assistant for movie as Karan Johar said that he is giving movie to him but later he didn't even pick his call. But when Ayushmann become successful then he goes in the show of Karan Johar, "Coffee with Karan" and when Karan Johar offer him a film then he reject it. As from this it is clear that these people only work with stars.
3. Media
Indian Media is also become a reason for it as they didn't show news but they make news by their own. Which star is going to gym, which star kid utter first work and which starr washed utensils for the first time. These types of headlines media uses. but the one thing is that they only show news of that person whose name is with famous surnames and this is only because they all work for money as they also work for promotions of movies from which they get much money.
4. Connections
If you are a star kid then you got many offer of movies very easily as your parents have very strong connections in Bollywood. Almost all the actors in Bollywood are came in industry with the help of connections whether a struggler take almost full life to come in Bollywood. But if someone raise voice against it them also with the connection their career get destroyed.
5. Awards
Awards are consider as the weapon of person for his success but in Bollywood it is become as business. Filmfare is consider as biggest awards in the Bollywood and last time the movie which won maximum filmfare award was Gully Boy but many didn't knows that Gully Boy head partner was Amazon and sponsor of Filmfare was Amazon. And most of star kids got award with new category every year. There are many actors who didn't get awards according to their work.
6. TV Shows
TV Shows like coffee with Karan doesn't made for entertainment but these are made only to degrade other actors. The question which they cover in these shows are like why that actors look like beggar and how he speaks and many jokes are made on that actors. These shows are only made to make star kids popular.
7. Starkids VS Outsiders
This is a type of war between starkids and outsiders in which everytime outsiders defeats. Many starkids didn't even talk with outsiders. Many actors make fun of outsiders and they always degrade them, Even it is happened many time that they make jokes of them in live shows. Many starkids only do flop films but they always get movies instead of this but if an outsider do a flop then their career wasted as they didn't get any movie.
8. Audience
Audience is also responsible for the death of Sushant Singh Rajput as many of us always support starkids instead of real talent. Many people follow starkids because they are popular but we have to identify and support real talent.
