The more you grow yourself, the more your value will increase and people will start following you. So you have to focus on you as how you become perfect to people follow you. So for this you need do one thing, you need leave your comfort zone. As at one point we stops our work as many thought that they had reached to their destination as they feared to take risks in their life as they thought that they need a simple life and they want to live in their comfort zone inside which their is no risk but if you want to reach that point at which you will be known with your name then you have to take risks in your life and to come outside from your comfort zone and it need much of hardwork. So a normal person didn't want to take risks in their life as they didn't want to work harder and these people always says that there is all good in their life but on the other side they always said that they have a bad luck but from inside they also want to reach at the highest point but the reality is that they didn't want to work hard. These people always blame other for their mistakes and if someone ask them how the life is going then they always said that god has closed my all the ways but the reality is that we didn't find any way at our home, to find our way we need to come out. For example if you are driving in night so it never happen that you find all the way from your home to your destination but you only see about 10 feet and as you move ahead you find the way continuously. But in our real life we always think that what will happen next if we fail and from this fare of failure we didn't even start our journey because we didn't want compromise with our life as we didn't take any risk in our life. But many of us didn't know that the biggest risk in our life is that we didn't take any risk in our life and living a normal life.
Many people also thought that what people thought about them if they start any new and different work but one thing we need to understand is we only can change our life not that person who think about us and these people also respect us if we reach to the highest point. Not these people but always respect those people who helps you in your life and don't judge any person by their character as it can also be happen that that person will help you in your future. We all know about Thomas Alva Edison who invent bulb, so in 9 December 1914 their 10 factories were fired and many people said him that he is destroyed and many people saying with sadness and happiness that their laboratories which was spread over 10 building were fired. And when Edison and son saw this then they get sad because it was earning of their full life. Edison said his son that cal his mother so she can saw that how beautiful fire is and his son replies that we lost everything but Edison reply that we lost everything our mistakes also. And at that time reporter of NEW YORK TIMES was taking interview of him and reporter said that you lost everything how are you feeling now??? And Edison replied that they lost everything but they will start their new journey very early. So this shows that the person who want to do hardwork there is no excuses for him and don't blame other for their mistakes they always take responsibilities of their mistakes. But the person who didn't want to do hardwork they always thought about who is responsible for the mistake. So nor they found the person who is responsible for the mistake and neither they rise in their life.
The person who want to come out from comfort zone, there is many ways for that person but person who didn't want to come out from comfort zone, if the person have 100 ways then 100 paths will still be useless for him.
