Tower of Hercules is the oldest lighthouse tower in the world which is still in use. This tower is located in Spain having 55 meters of height and is second tallest Lighthouse tower in Spain. This Lighthouse was built in 2nd Century and was renovated in 1791. Instead of this, this Lighthouse is working till now and shows path to the ships in the ocean.

This Lighthouse is National Monument of Spain and has been a UNESCO world heritage site since 27 June 2009.

Many Myths are also connected with this Lighthouse. When it was reconstructed many secret paths are also came out. But the most suspicious thing is, the Lighthouse didn't get any crack after such years.
