World Metrology Day is celebrated annually on 20 May and every year it has its own motive. On 20 May of 1875, seventeens nations signed the metre conventions and accept the all International system of units which are mainly used globally.

As it has its own theme every year so, World Metrology Day 2020 has a theme of measurement for global trade as there is a very big fall in global trade this year due to pandemic. So we hope there should have not a very big difference in global trade.
