Every year on 17 May, World Hypertension Day is celebrated. The main purpose of this is to promote awareness of Hypertension to prevent people from this silent killer.


Hypertension is a serious medical condition as we know it is a type of silent killer. It increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and blindness. It is estimate that only 1 of 5th person can control this problem. This disease rises due to unhealthy diet, physical inactivities and consumption of alcohol and tobacco. 


The only way to avoid this disease is by reducing unhealthy food, with balance diet, doing exercise daily and less use of alcohol and tobacco. Adopting the healthy life can kill all your diseases.
